My Mission
The Contrarian Optimist is where I share with you my shower thoughts, meditations, and the various ideas that come to me when journaling each day… especially the shower thoughts, those hit hard.
I hope that engaging in this discourse with you will allow me to shift my perceptions and hopefully yours.
It is the goal of this site to provide the spark that can catalyze our minds into perceiving the world in new ways.
